Convenient Stay Near Hammersmith Station
convenient location professional transfer friendly staff
the location is very convenient near the tube station and a shopping center alex at the front desk helped with a friendly and professional airport transfer i found the staff willing to assist with any questions or requests. the check-in process was quick and efficient i appreciated the friendly service.
i noticed that cleanliness could be improved trays outside rooms remained for an extended period

underground lines hammersmith bus station breakfast choices
the hotel is very close to three underground lines. hammersmith bus station is also very close. breakfast included many choices. the room was nice and neat.
parking caused some issues. i paid on park bee but also needed a ticket from the hotel. i needed to ask for instructions.

alex at reception provided warm smiles and professional service. amenities were top notch and clean. the hotel had overall good ambiance. cleanliness made it nice.
the gym equipments was not properly maintained.

the room stocked well and was clean. it had a very comfortable bed. the bathroom included fresh towels. the room temperature was easy to adjust with central conditioning unit.

great service helpful staff convenient location
the receptionist ashish provided great service throughout my stay he helped me. the hotel location is near hammersmith station. the staff is helpful there.
the bathroom sink drained slowly. the room felt dated. the air conditioning barely provided cold air even at the lowest setting.

adequate stay with notable drawbacks
parking hassle servicing absence
parking proved complicated. i had to use park bee and then obtain a separate ticket from the hotel. clear instructions were lacking and i had to inquire at the front desk. the room servicing did not occur . a request for this service was not fulfilled automatically and required a follow-up call.
